1.Build and maintain a reinforcement learning training platform for robots, conducting simulation environments and real-machine training tests. 

2.Conduct robot training, address and optimize issues related to robot motion control, and collaborate with traditional control methods to improve overall robot motion performance. 

3.Research the latest reinforcement learning algorithms, replicate research papers, and design and implement end-to-end robot learning solutions.

1.Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Mathematics, or related fields. 

2.Relevant work experience in reinforcement learning and deep learning. 

3.Proficient in using deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow/PyTorch and familiar with various reinforcement learning open-source libraries. 

4.Strong ability to work independently; preference will be given to candidates who have published journal or conference papers or have practical experience in implementing reinforcement learning projects.
