4.2 ros2 bag and Robot Log Downloads

4.2.1 File Meaning
- Bags
- The number on the outer folder (e.g., 40) indicates the boot count, and the inner folder is the time the bag recording started
- Each power-on creates a new outer folder with the boot count incremented by 1
- Clicking "Start Recording" again after stopping creates a new inner folder
- Folders marked with "current" are the ones currently being recorded
- Logs
- current_logs contains the logs currently being recorded
- The number after the underscore in "logs" indicates the boot count, with the same meaning as bags
4.2.2 Notes
- Downloading bags also downloads the logs matching the current boot count
