Heavy-Duty Humanoid Robot T800 Makes Its Debut with a Sneak Peek of New Products

ENGINEAI's T800, the company's first heavy-duty, full-scale general-purpose humanoid robot, made its public debut as a major highlight of the event. Standing 1.85 meters tall and weighing 85 kg, the robot is equipped with 41 high-degree-of-freedom joints, a solid-state battery, and an aluminum alloy exterior. This design ensures structural strength for heavy-load tasks while significantly improving endurance, enabling stable and continuous operation in high-dynamic scenarios.

Additionally, the T800 features a multi-sensor fusion perception system that integrates vision, tactile, and force sensing, allowing it to perceive complex environmental changes in real time. Supported by a built-in high-performance computing unit, it makes rapid and precise decisions, greatly enhancing both work efficiency and operational safety.
Furthermore, the T800 will serve as a core contestant in Mecha Champion, a robot free-combat tournament organized by ENGINEAI on December 24.

Concurrently, ENGINEAI previewed the SA02, a highly affordable and lightweight companion humanoid robot. ENGINEAI PM01 Demonstrates Exceptional Anthropomorphic Performance

During the demonstration session, ENGINEAI's PM01 became the center of attention with its exceptional anthropomorphic movement capabilities. Its ability to autonomously recover from a fall highlighted its advanced adaptability to complex environments. Designed maneuvers such as "precisely sitting down" and "statically resting" achieved seamless integration into daily life scenarios, while its high-dynamic performance in "rapid running" further demonstrated the product's outstanding mobility.

Supported by continuous algorithm optimization and upgrades, the PM01's human-like gait appears even more agile and fluid, with significantly enhanced movement smoothness and coordination. During the live catwalk segment at the exhibition, the PM01 walked gracefully alongside the audience. Its steady gait and natural posture created a harmonious interaction with the surrounding crowd, eliciting waves of admiration and fully showcasing its technical prowess in anthropomorphic motion control and scenario-based interaction.
