EngineAI × AIFORWARD: “General-Purpose Embodied Intelligent Robots + AI Brain” Usher in the Era of Security 4.0

Media Coverage2026-04-10

Recently, EngineAI and AIFORWARD have officially reached a deep strategic partnership and jointly established a joint venture. Through a “robot body as the foundation + AI brain empowerment” model, the two parties will collaborate to build a new-generation embodied security robot OEM characterized by “robust performance, practicality, and reliability.” This initiative aims to accelerate the transformation of the security industry from a traditional labor-intensive model to a technology-driven, intelligent system, propelling the sector into a new Security 4.0 era.

As an innovation-driven company in the field of embodied intelligence, EngineAI has been dedicated since its inception to the R&D of general-purpose embodied intelligent robot platforms. Leveraging its full-stack in-house technological capabilities, the company has developed robotic systems that combine high performance with high reliability. These platforms are equipped with mature and stable foundational functions, including autonomous mobility, fixed-point patrolling and standby, anomaly perception, and real-time response.

In addition, the robots are integrated with high-definition sensing devices and high-precision environmental perception modules, enabling accurate capture of environmental details and various abnormal signals. They can be flexibly deployed across multiple complex security scenarios, such as property patrols, access control at entry points, and industrial park security management, providing robust and efficient hardware support for modern security operations.

AIFORWARD is a leading operator in the AI security sector, with its core strengths centered on industry-specific “AI brains” such as the Property Brain and Elderly Care Brain. Leveraging more than 7,500 square meters of self-owned and partner-managed property projects, the company has accumulated extensive datasets from real-world property scenarios, algorithmic models, and operational expertise. This rich foundation enables it to empower robots with precise understanding of scenario requirements and risk factors, allowing them to perform autonomous operations with reduced reliance on manual intervention.

Based on EngineAI’s strengths in embodied robotic platforms and AIFORWARD’s software and intelligence capabilities, the strategic cooperation between the two parties will be implemented in a phased and steady manner following the establishment of their joint venture. The initial phase will focus on pilot deployment in high-end, low-density residential communities. In these scenarios, AIFORWARD’s core algorithms and “Property Brain” capabilities will be deeply integrated into EngineAI’s robotic systems.

By leveraging massive amounts of operational data from managed environments, the partnership will continuously enhance the robots’ decision-making capabilities and emergency response speed. This will help build a new security operation model featuring “human + robot” collaboration, significantly improving both operational efficiency and safety standards in security management.

After successful validation and mature implementation in pilot scenarios, the proven operational model will be gradually extended from property management to a broader range of applications, including home services and elderly care. This will enable the creation of a full-chain intelligent service ecosystem spanning “community – home – eldercare,” delivering integrated smart security and service capabilities across multiple life scenarios.

Building on a global expansion strategy, the mature intelligent security and service solutions will first be scaled across the domestic market, and subsequently expanded into overseas regions such as North America and the Middle East, supporting the international deployment of next-generation embodied intelligence applications.
