EngineAI Robotics embarks on a new milestone toward 10,000-unit scale delivery as the first batch of T800 humanoids officially rolls off the production line

Recently,EngineAI Robotics Intelligent Manufacturing (Honghualing,Shenzhen) Base was officially put into operation, marking EngineAI Robotics' new journey towards mass production. The first batch of T800 humanoid robots successfully rolled off the production line. This production line integrates intelligent manufacturing with R&D and testing, capable of producing one humanoid robot every 15 minutes.

Strategically positioned within the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the Shenzhen base leverages the region's robust technological ecosystem and comprehensive industrial supply chain. Situated within the "industrial verticalization" model of the Nanshan Smart Manufacturing Park, the facility is designed to maximize the synergies between EngineAI's vertically integrated self-developed technologies and the "Shenzhen speed" of industrial implementation, accelerating the path towards smarter, higher-quality, and large-scale robot production.





A Full-Chain Intelligent Manufacturing Process




The EngineAI Robotics Intelligent Manufacturing (Honghualing,Shenzhen) Base , with a construction area of 12,000 square meters, has established an integrated, closed-loop manufacturing process. This process covers every step from incoming material quality inspection and component assembly testing, to final assembly, offline testing, mass production, delivery, and after-sales maintenance.
Leveraging its full-stack self-research and development capabilities, EngineAI has taken four major measures to ensure high-volume, high-quality production: supply chain quality control, production process optimization, intelligent manufacturing upgrades, and operational condition testing.



This includes establishing simulation test protocols for integrated joints and other components under real-world scenarios. This ensures standardized processes and the ability to identify and resolve issues during production, thereby maintaining controllable overall product quality. At the same time, by introducing automated production lines along with equipment for tasks such as screw locking, adhesive application, and laser welding, production efficiency has been increased by 40%. Additionally, a digital management system has been implemented to enable traceability and tracking of the entire production chain, from individual components to the final product.
Notably, before factory delivery, all robots must pass through 79 comprehensive quality inspections and 46 different operational condition simulation tests. This ensures a high-performance, high-stability delivery standard that remains consistent across tens of thousands of units.




Multi-Regional Capacity Collaboration: Accelerating the Construction of a Full-Stack R&D and Manufacturing System




In Zhengzhou, Henan Province, the planning for EngineAI's global manufacturing headquarters has been initiated. The plan for the 10,000-unit-level production line at the EngineAI Intelligent Manufacturing Base(Zhengzhou, Henan province)  is also progressing steadily. This base will focus on releasing large-scale production, market services, and regional industrial collaboration, deeply integrating with local core component resources and application scenarios.









From the relentless pursuit of cutting-edge technology, through engineering implementation, to large-scale mass production—EngineAI's enhancement in 10,000-unit-level delivery capacity, marked by the rollout of the first batch of T800 robots, has completed this pivotal leap. Rooted in a comprehensive, end-to-end capability "R&D—Intelligent Manufacturing—Quality Control—Delivery,"  EngineAI is accelerating the construction of a full-stack R&D and manufacturing system. This transition is driving the company's evolution from deep technological expertise to industrial leadership, helping China's intelligent manufacturing towards higher levels and a more promising future.
