4.5.2 Batteries should be stored in an incompletely charged state. Please use the battery power to approximately 20%-50% before storage.
4.5.3 If this product is not used for more than 3 months, it is recommended to remove the battery and store it separately.
4.5.4 Storage environment requirements: cool, dry, and well-ventilated environment, with temperature not exceeding 25°C, avoiding direct sunlight, high temperature, rain, corrosive gases, severe vibration, mechanical shock, heavy pressure, etc.; keep away from fire and heat sources; altitude less than 1500 meters, atmospheric pressure 86kPa~106kPa.
4.5.5 It is recommended to check the battery level every 2 months. If the battery level is below 20%, please charge it to 40%-50% before continuing storage, and fully charge it before use.
4.6 Handling of Abnormal Situations
4.6.1 Battery smoking or catching fire: Immediately evacuate personnel, and use a dry powder fire extinguisher or carbon dioxide fire extinguisher to extinguish the fire. It is strictly prohibited to use water to extinguish the fire. If the battery is inside the device, do not attempt to remove it.
4.6.2 Battery Leakage: Avoid direct skin contact with the electrolyte. If contact occurs accidentally, immediately rinse with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes and seek medical attention. If the electrolyte gets into the eyes, seek medical attention immediately.
4.6.3 Battery short circuit (overheating): Immediately move the battery to an open and safe area, away from flammable materials, and dispose of it as a waste battery after it has cooled down.
4.6 Transportation
Batteries should be transported in a partially charged state, generally requiring a state of charge (SOC) of 20% to 50%. During transportation, they should be handled with care to avoid collisions, impacts, severe vibrations, shocks, exposure to sunlight, and rain, ensuring that no short circuits occur. It is strictly prohibited to store them together with corrosive substances such as acids and alkalis. During loading and unloading, they should be handled gently to prevent dropping, rolling, and heavy pressure.
4.7 Waste Disposal

5. Emergency Response
5.1 Abnormal Situation Operation Guidelines
5.1.1 General abnormal situations: When an abnormality occurs during the operation of the robot (such as abnormal noise, jitter, malfunction of movements, etc.), please immediately switch to damping mode, and the robot will lose balance and descend slowly.
5.1.2 Dangerous Emergency: If the robot is in a dangerous emergency state that may cause personal injury or significant property damage (such as out of control, falling, collision, etc.), please immediately perform an emergency stop operation for emergency handling. The robot will immediately cut off the power supply, instantaneously lose support, and immediately fall down.
5.2 This product can perform an emergency stop operation in the following ways:
5.2.1 Physical Emergency Stop Button on the Body: A red emergency stop button is provided at a prominent position on the robot body;
5.2.2 Game Console Combination Key Operation Method 1: Press the volume up and down keys simultaneously;
5.2.3 Handheld Console Combination Key Operation Method 2: Press the Back and Start keys simultaneously;
5.3 Both parties confirm and understand that the design purpose of the emergency stop function is to prioritize the protection of personal safety and prevent the escalation of major accidents, rather than protecting the equipment itself. When an emergency stop operation is performed, the robot will immediately and forcibly stop, the power system will be instantaneously interrupted, and the robot will instantaneously fall due to loss of support.
This emergency stop action may cause damage to the robot body (including but not limited to deformation of structural components, loss of joint precision, damage to the housing, etc.). The user acknowledges and voluntarily assumes the risk of the above-mentioned equipment damage that may be caused by performing the emergency stop operation.
5.4 Emergency stop operation serves as a forced shutdown and is only for use in emergency situations. It is strictly prohibited to use emergency stop operation as a normal shutdown method. Frequent use of the emergency stop button/key may cause equipment damage or shorten its lifespan.
5.5 Operators and on-site staff must be familiar with the location and usage of the emergency stop button/key. Once any dangerous situation occurs (such as uncontrolled movement, abnormal noise, smoking, etc.), the emergency stop function should be activated immediately. Only after the product is in a completely stationary state can it be handled. It is strictly prohibited to directly attempt to physically or manually correct/block the product body when the product is not in a completely stationary state.
